Spacious, welcoming 420 friendly town home in Stafford, VA. 40 miles to DC and 15 to both Fredericksburg and Woodbridge. We provide a private queen bedroom, private full bathroom and next door study, as needed, in a shared home. We are very herbally friendly, and live in a 'green' house for lack of a better expression but ask that you refrain from drugs or cigarettes inside of the property. Cats are more than welcome as is indoor cannabis consumption. unfortunately most dogs are not welcome.

The room with 200 sqft area offers a very large walk-in closet and storage, a full-sized bed, a sofa/chair and coffee table a desk and chairs, and two night stand/table; Guest will share a full-bath, full kitchen, a large recreation area, and a laundry with other guests in the basement.
