Once belonged to the Swythamley Hall estate, where they grew fruit and vegetables for the people of the beautiful, impressive hall. Sit back, unwind in your very own garden which is approximately 1 arce! Be surrounded by a private wall, woodland and nature. Sit with a glass of wine or a cooled beer and take in the breath taking views of the rolling fields, trees, animals and the roaches. Why not take a dip in our natural lake!

The Annex at Toad Hall near Alton Towers

A recently refurbished self contained cosy barn conversion that sleeps two in the mezzanine bedroom together with patio area and garden. It has its own separate entrance at the rear of Toad Hall situated in the main street of Abbots Bromley which has four good pubs and all on the doorstep. Situated just 7 miles from Rugeley or Uttoxeter within 20 minutes easy driving distance to Alton Towers 15 minutes from Shugborough Hall, Cannock Chase & Memorial Arboretum. Blithfield reservoir also nearby.

Sky View Lodge

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Introducing our brand new Sky View Lodge (completed June 2024). With plenty of space for 4 people to enjoy their stay on the peak of Staffordshire Moorlands surrounded by breath-taking views of the rolling hills that make the Peak District National Park, with fantastic walking and cycling routes in abundance. Once you step out of the lodge, the panoramic views of the surrounding areas offer some of the most beautiful sun rises and sunsets.

Waters Edge

Looking for a relaxing break, or need a place to stay for a wedding, this is the perfect getaway set in the stunning Cheshire countryside. Set within 16acres of grassland, with a great view out over the pond, Waters Edge has plenty of wildlife to spot. There is a lovely walk around the local sand quarry with a stop off at the Waggon & Horses and if you fancy something longer you can head up to the cloud or the roaches. You are a two minute drive to Sandhole Oak Barn and The Plough Inn.

Located in beautiful countryside, with its own private wood burning hot tub and fire pit, as well as four furry faced friends to keep you entertained, the Highland Hut cannot be beat when it comes to having a relaxing break. Honey bee, Coco, Arnold and Bertie are our gorgeous highland cattle that live in the field opposite the hut. (Don’t worry, there is a fence to keep them from joining you in the hot tub!) They really are incredible and will make your stay here one to remember.

Architect-designed timber cabin on the Shropshire Union Canal. Quiet, secluded, dogs welcome. Set in 0.2 acres of private garden on a working farm, with the canal towpath at the bottom of the plot. You can find the Monocoque Cabin online as well 😉 I designed and built it with friends, inspired by the laminated plywood construction of the WW2 De Havilland Mosquito. 🏆 Airbnb OMG! Beautiful secluded romantic lake house retreat

Located right on the water's edge of Rudyard Lake in a conservation area of the Staffordshire Moorlands, this bespoke boathouse conversion is an ideal romantic break for 2 in a very beautiful, quiet setting surrounded by woodland with perfect views up and down the lake. Although we can accommodate 4 in total, Inglenook boathouse is most suited for couples. The sofa bed is comfortable for up to two children but not suitable for two adults.
