Our self contained studio accommodation, is located in the garden area of the property and features a lovely view of our garden. It is perfect for guests seeking a comfortable and private base to enjoy and explore the beautiful Staffordshire Moorlands, Peak District & Alton Towers. There are 3 local country pubs serving food (walking distance) Fishing pool & recreation ground.

The Old Workshop - Apartment (sleeps up to 4)

Like it’s name, this quirky apartment was historically an old workshop which was once occupied by mechanics. It has since been converted into a stylish and modern apartment perfect for all. There is 1 bedroom and 1 pull out bed in the lounge meaning it can sleep up to 4. Based centrally in the historical market town of Leek, the apartment is located close to popular attractions like Alton Towers, Peak Wildlife Park and the glorious Peak District. 3 Cottages + Playbarn in the Peak District

Our site has 3 cottages nestled in the Peak District. Hall Farm is on the outskirts of Wetton village which has a pub and tea room. Thor’s cave is 15 minute walk away and the villages of Hartington, Alstonefield and Ilam are all within 10 minutes. We are close to many attractions inc Alton Towers, Peak Wildlife, Dovedale and Chatsworth. Our cottages are well stocked, have 2 bedrooms and sleep between 3-5 people. Our site has a playbarn (Gamesroom), play area, hens, BBQ and large garden.

Idyllic Cottage, Butterton

Easter Lane Cottage is a beautifully renovated historic property occupying a peaceful spot on the edge of the picturesque village of Butterton in the Peak District National Park. The 2023 renovation prioritized environmental design and comfort, resulting in a cosy, low-carbon home. The cottage boasts unique original features and magnificent countryside views, making it an ideal retreat for all ages. Butterton is an excellent base for those looking to explore the beautiful Peak District.

Gramps ‘ouse

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish cottage nestled in the beautiful Staffordshire Moorlands village of Kingsley, on the cusp of the Churnet Valley, 10 minutes from Alton Towers. This newly refurbished cottage consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 with double bed and the other with bunks including 1.5 modern bathrooms. Parking for 1 vehicle. Ideal for families and walkers alike. Dogs welcome. There is a small courtyard only but plenty of walks and fields for exercising your 4-legged friend.

The barn

Enjoy vast countryside views, this holiday let is detached and adjacent to the owners’ farmhouse but with its own private garden, is within easy reach of a huge variety of visitor attractions on the borders of the Peak District National Park. Hollins Lane is easily accessible from the house, The beautiful Churnet Valley, with steam trains, wildlife reserves are close by, Within 10 miles are Alton Towers, Splash Landings, Waterworld, Trentham Gardens, Monkey Forest and pottery museums.

The Annex

We are situated just outside the picturesque village of Bagnall. We are a 25 minute drive from Alton Towers, 20 minutes from the market town of Leek and 20 minutes from the Potteries. The annex is a self contained building standing next to our home. It sleeps 4 and is perfect for a family. It has a fully equipped kitchen complete with a washing machine. We have a number of animals sharing our lives, most of whom are very happy to welcome visitors.

Latham Hall Farmhouse, Ashbourne

Latham Hall is a large 19th century farmhouse located near the hamlet of Calton on the South West edge of the Peak District National Park, close to Dovedale, Ilam and the Manifold Valley. The possibilities for walking and cycling in this area are magnificent. The farmhouse stands a few hundred yards from the main Leek - Ashbourne road, the A52, so is easily accessible, yet it is also close to many of the main attractions of the area.
