The Milking Parlour, a brick barn at Moorland Farm

The Milking Parlour is a brick built barn in a quiet, rural location. The city of Lincoln is a 20 minute drive away. This barn used to be part of a milking shed. It has a vaulted roof and there are two areas: a bedroom-studio and a shower-wet room. The kitchen has a small fridge-freezer, a small induction hob and a combination microwave-grill. The wet room has a walk-in shower, toilet, sink and mirror with light, de-mister and shave socket. Outside there is a patio area with table and chairs.

A converted stable with private parking within a short distance of the amenities of Woodhall Spa. The property sits at the rear of the owner's residence, but with independent access. Enjoy the many bars and restaurants offered within the village or dine at home using the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Set in its own private 0.25 acre garden with unobstructed countryside views; this is a chance to be adventurous, and without giving up too many home comforts! We constantly upgrade the dome and new for spring 2024 is a 10 foot motorised projector screen to watch a film from the comfort of your solid oak king size bed.
