Villa Kaptara is a complex of 3 apts with a total living space of 217 sq.m. Kaptara is a luxury eco-friendly accommodation located in the heart of Koutouloufari overlooking the Cretan sea. The villa is comprised of two-stories and a guest house, which has 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 3 kitchens and can accommodate up to 14 people. The exterior offers several cozy lounge areas, water features such as the 2 jacuzzis (heating option with extra charge), 1 Plunge Pool and a rooftop garden with a BBQ

Villa Yiayia: Relaxing by the sea (Heated pool)

The villa is located 80 meters from the sea, in the picturesque village of Sissi. With sea and mountain views, this luxury property is close to all local amenities. An ideal combination for the perfect summer holiday with family or friends. The spacious outdoor area offers a large sun terrace with sun beds and a 35 m² swimming pool. Our villa features a heated pool (Optional). In April, May and October, the heating is complimentary. Outside of these months, a small fee of €10 per day applies.

The private covered carport easily fits two cars and can be reached without problems in first gear.
