This beautiful home offers expansive views of river, nature and mountain. Tucked away on a quiet cul de sac this river home is an oasis. A nature sanctuary. A place to kayak, write, paint, do yoga and absorb the healing of nature. To rest heal and reconnect to joy. A unique celebration of the nature within, the nature around and the river that runs past the home.

Bird's Nest Cottage in Stanford

Bird’s Nest Cottage is perfect for a weekend getaway or as a base to explore the Overberg area. Or why not stopover on your way to somewhere else? The Cottage is nestled in the hub of the heritage area of Stanford Village. It has its own private entrance and garden with braai facilities, a kitchenette and a table for dining or work. Or simply relax in the small private courtyard. Conveniently positioned in walking distance of local amenities and restaurants, or the Klein River for a quick dip.

Concordia Dam Cottage

Unique stand-alone, partially off the grid cottage overlooking working farm (Fynbos/Protea, Vegetables, Sheep, Cattle). Situated at the foot of the mountain next to a dam. Walking distance from Baardskeerdersbos. 18km from Pearly Beach and 22km from Gansbaai coastal area. This cozy cottage has 2 bedrooms, sleeping 4 guests and has a private woodfire hot tub next to the patio. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate any pets. The working farm has sheep roaming around and also 3 big farm dogs.

The small forest forms part of LOKAL, a 1ha property, with an vegetable garden , Orchards of fruit & nuts, some chickens & the Garden Cottage.

Brown Dog Farm - 3 bdr farmhouse (pets welcome)

The farm is approximately 17 km from Gansbaai and 10 km from Baardskeerdersbos. It borders the Lomond Wine Estate, home of the Klipspringer MTB and running trails. The farm is a very quiet environment in the midst of nature. An ideal place for rest and relaxation with family and friends. Electricity on the farm is 100% solar-generated; the stove/oven and hot water heaters run on gas. Your stay will be unaffected by load-shedding. Note, the farmhouse has WiFi, but no televisions.

Rivergate | Stable Cottage

This cottage sleeps 4 guests in 2 bedrooms, each with a king-size bed that can be converted to twin single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The cottage has an equipped kitchen, dining and living area, fireplace, braai, and wood-fired hot tub. A farm fresh breakfast basket is included in the rate and delivered to your cottage each morning.
