The Annexe, Durham City

This recently converted self contained private detached modern annexe is located within 15 minutes walk of Durham City centre with its world class University and Cathedral and is great for both holiday and business travellers. The Annexe is in the grounds of our larger house occupied by us, situated at the end of a private road near to Durham City centre. The annexe is totally self contained and has its own allocated parking space next to it together with private decked area with Cathedral views

The Orchard

Relax in this spacious secluded three bedroom cottage set in mature gardens & trees. Comfortably accommodating up to 6 family and friends. Just a 20 minute walk or 2 minute drive into Hexham (twice voted Happiest Town in the UK) With its many fantastic pubs & restaurants. You are only a short drive from Hadrian's Wall, Vindolanda, Housesteads and Sycamore Gap. After a day exploring the local area, wind down and relax in the extra large hot tub or warm your toes in front of the cozy log burner.

Bumble Cottage is a recently renovated semi-detached barn conversion. The cottage is less than a 5 minute walk from the main street in Sedbergh village and the Yorkshire Dales Way is right outside the front door. It has been furnished to a high standard and is the ideal getaway. This chocolate box village has stunning hikes, bike rides, wild swimming, golf and fishing for the outdoor type.
