The villa is directly on the beach and comes complete with dockage space if you’d like to rent a boat during your stay. The villa is new and just completed in 2020. You can enjoy the beautiful sunrise from the porch or sitting at the end of the dock. This open home has a complete kitchen with a table and two chairs with amazing views through the two sets of french doors.

There are two options on getting here to Black Point Exuma Via Titanair or Flamingo Air. Both airlines has flights into Black Point twice daily.
