Seashell Cottage is located on Black Point Exuma Cays it was not affected by hurricane Dorian ,we are booking reservations for this comming winter.It has a 360 degrees of the water the Atlantic Ocean and the Bahama Banks,outside decks,fully furnished,wi fi ,airconditioned ,kitchen utensils linens including Beach towels.Steps leading to the beach.There are two options of getting to Black Point Exuma from Nassau via Titanair and Flamingo Air.Both airlines has dail flights into Black Point Exuma.

The villa is directly on the beach and comes complete with dockage space if you’d like to rent a boat during your stay. The villa is new and just completed in 2020. You can enjoy the beautiful sunrise from the porch or sitting at the end of the dock. This open home has a complete kitchen with a table and two chairs with amazing views through the two sets of french doors.
