Lakefront home near Uwharrie Forest

This cozy home with two distinct living areas overlooks a wide expanse of water on Badin Lake. Enjoy exploring the lake by kayaking (kayaks provided) or by hiking the many trails in nearby Uwharrie Forest. A public boat launch is nearby so bring your boat or other water vehicles. The Asheboro Zoo is a beautiful drive less than an hour away. Take the time to read the guest review below who says it all! Security cameras: 1 on drive, 1 on dock. 2 pet max, $125 per pet, no cats. 2 night minimum.

Beautiful 3BR/2BA lakehouse overlooking Badin Lake in gorgeous North Carolina, 1 hr east of Charlotte. Amazing views from 5 stories above the lake, looking towards Uwharrie National Forest (no houses across the lake). Sunset & sunrise are a must see. Stairs lead down to dock for fishing, swimming, relaxing, & kayaking. Three bedrooms offer sleeping for up to 10 guests. Fully stocked kitchen, outdoor grill, outdoor fire pit, super fast wifi, cable TV. The perfect place to relax any season!

Create memories year after year at this quaint bungalow with deep water & a dock! Floaties & kayaks provided, nature preserve in the cove, fire pit, WFH setup & the best sunsets! This property is unique as it’s in Jacob’s Creek cove on LKT where boat and jet ski traffic is little to none. The cove also has a nature preserve where you’ll see wood ducks fly in, blue herons raise their chicks each year, ospreys hunt in the evening and you can kayak to see beavers!
