The neighborhood is serene, with a patio and grill area outside perfect for any MSU football or baseball game. The Happy Dog immediately makes you feel at home, there are 4 TVs with Roku installed and lots of goodies for our guests. We promise you will not want to go home

This large, historic home is a 15 minute walk to campus and even closer to restaurants and shops on Main St. Charming decor, comfortable furnishings, and a family friendly layout make this perfect for Game Day and other visits to State. The kitchen and bathrooms have been updated and well stocked with guest comfort in mind. The front porch swing, deck seating and fire pit give options for your crew to enjoy the outdoor spaces. My family loved living here, and I think yours will enjoy it too!

Cowbell Condo

Renovated, 2 BR, 2.5 Bath Condo! Perfect for ballgames, save yourself the parking hassles and take the 15 minute walk to Dudy Noble, Davis Wade or the Hump! Or you can drive in 3 minutes! Each BR has a Queen bed and attached bathroom. There is a Queen size Ikea fold over couch in the living room for additional guests. We have designed and decorated like our own home and know you will feel at home here too! (Pets and smoking are not permitted). Home game weekends require a Fri and Sat stay.

Welcome to The Lisa, a cozy 2-bedroom home at Southern Sisters Retreat. Perfect for couples, small families, graduation weekends, and MSU game day trips. LOCATION IS AWESOME within a 15-minute walk! Shuttle service is available with stops at the complex entrance to campus events. The space includes 2 bedroom and 2 1/2 baths. One bedroom with a Queen bed and the second bedroom with 2 twin beds. The comfy couch in den area. Washer and Dryer on site. Note: UPSTAIRS UNIT.
