Welcome to our garden apartment in Jersey City. Perfect for tourists trying to see NYC on a budget or for a longer-term sublet, our one-bedroom/ one bath is comfortable, stylish, and fully stocked. Located in a safe, quiet residential street, it is a perfect place to relax after a day in the city. Only 3 blocks to the PATH train to WTC (in 15 minutes) and Midtown (in 22 minutes), which runs 24/7, making all tourist attractions and shopping very convenient. Groceries, restaurants, cafes, etc.

We maintained the apartment really well, with all the essentials needed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. This home is conveniently located walking distance from BETH ISRAEL Hospital, 5 min away from Newark Airport, 15 minutes away Penn & Greyhound stations, Prudential Center, Downtown Newark, NJPAC, and AMERICAN DREAM MALL. Urban neighborhood with a very friendly environment.

Our two-bedroom, floor-through apartment is in a prime, walkable location. The scenic Croton Aqueduct Trail is behind the house, with Hudson River views. Within walking distance is the train to NYC (30-40 min away) or Hudson Valley towns; coffee, restaurants, shops, parks, the supermarket & farmers market. It's pet-friendly and perfect for family visits, NYC escapes, scouting out the town for prospective moves, and waiting out home renovations. We reserve a parking spot for guests.
