Nice, quiet and cozy, 2 bed 2 bath townhome built in 2020 located in the popular Cobblestone Place Neighborhood. All Stainless appliances, LVP throughout with carpet solely in bedrooms. Both bedrooms have darkening curtains. All recently painted. Kitchen stocked with basic needs. Keurig coffee pot & pods provided. Fenced in private backyard with covered patio. Less than 2 miles to downtown Statesboro and only 4 miles to Georgia Southern University. Ample parking for 2 vehicles. No pets allowed.

Old Hardy Place home is situated on a pecan tree lined dirt road only 10 minutes from Statesboro and Georgia Southern University campus. 1 hour to Savannah and 1.5 hours to Augusta master’s. Also known as Oma’s, this house can comfortably sleep 5 people (additional charge for over 4 people) with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is a fully equipped kitchen and coffee bar. We also offer a fenced yard for your pet for an additional fee ($75)
