The Spruce Nest

Stay in a historic home in Old Town Steamboat Springs built 1907. We have added an entry, dining room, master bedroom and bath and powder bath. However, we have kept the original two-story home in tact, similar to the early 1900's. We even used original wood from the walls to accent the exterior. Beautiful 1 bedroom (King), 1.5 bathroom Townhome on Walton Creek. Enjoy this tranquil setting along Walton Creek with amazing views of Mt Werner and surrounding wetlands. This is the perfect place for couples (or small families) with 1 quiet well behaved dog. Townhome includes a well supplied full kitchen, TV, WiFi, queen sofa sleeper & easy parking. The location is close to skiing at Mt Werner, bike path along the Yampa River and is on the bus line for convenience to shops and restaurants.

Natural AM light. Offering views and privacy ~ Looking south across the Yampa valley and to the Flat Tops. Furnished in a modern and stylish manner it has all of the upscale amenities you'd need - as well as a private entrance. Free Bus + parking. Steamboat Resort is very close... and we allow 1 x dog.
