It is only 10 min. from I-95, 20 from downtown Fayetteville, the hospital and Hope Mills and 5 from groceries, pharmacy, ATM, gas station, convenience stores, and food. Includes a private walking trail, a book nook with a divers collection of more than 2000 books and a Mediterranean court with fire pit area, for grilling and eating.

This studio apartment has all necessary amenities with a sheik modern early 20th century feel. Located within walking distance of downtown Fayetteville and just a short 5-minute walk to the Cape Fear Regional Theater and a 15-minute walk to Downtown Fayetteville with many local bars, restaurants, museums, Festival Park, Segra Baseball Stadium and night-life.

Beautifully situated on the McDaniel Pine Farm in Wade, NC you’ll feel right at home in the Bluff Cottage. A studio setup with a queen bed & 2 chairs that convert into comfortable single beds. Our oasis is a pool house located behind the primary home. It boasts 600 sq ft. of indoor living space within a PRIVATE enclosed setting with use of pool, fire pit, and grill. The whole yard has been landscaped by Leslie. In season, it has more flowers and plants than you could ever imagine. The upstairs has one double bed, one queen size bed, 55” TV with Roku. Down stairs has a 32” flatscreen TV with Roku, full bath, full kitchen, washer and dryer, dishwasher & futon bed.

Modern 3 Bedroom and 2 Bath Retreat

A modern newly renovated home with personal touches in a quiet neighborhood located in Fayetteville. It's great for a walk or run. Approximately 5 minutes to Ft Bragg, 10minutes from Raeford, 25 minutes from I95 and 25 minutes to the airport. The house has three bedrooms all with queen sized beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for individuals who like to cook. The living room is equipped with a television and a roku. A washer and dryer is available for use in the garage.

The Riverfront cottage is centrally located to I-95 & 295, Methodist University, Fort Liberty, & downtown Fayetteville.
