Spitskop Plaashuis With magnificent views over the valley towards the town of Lydenburg, Spitskop is ideal for guests needing to break away from the hustle of city life. This beautiful upmarket, semi double storey home offers a working farm experience with goats, sheep, donkeys and chickens roaming around. Although there is no fishing at Spitskop, this venue is perfect for hiking, cycling, reading, cooking and of course relaxing! Great fun to be had in the farm dam during those hot summers.

Dragonfly Cabin - 2 Sleeper - Pet Friendly Fenced

This cabin has a double bed, bathroom en-suite with shower. The kitchen is well equipped with gas stove, microwave etc. The private patio overlooks our Trout Dam and is fenced off with private garden, so your pets are safe. Whether you're enjoying a quiet evening beside the crackling indoor fireplace, watching dragonflies skim across the water, or unwinding on the covered patio beneath the stars, Dragonfly Cabin offers the perfect setting to slow down and reconnect with nature.

Mount High Luxury Country House

Mount High Luxury Country Estate offers a fantastic getaway for families or groups, with a fabulous venue for weddings, parties, corporate events, and celebrations. En route to the Kruger National Park, it is idyllically located near Lydenburg on the Panorama Route. For the adventurous, the farm offers exceptional mountain biking and hiking routes as well as guided walks and picnics. Our Luxury stable rooms (sleeps12) can be booked in addition to the Villa for larger groups.

Riverbed Africa Guesthouse

The Guest House is on the Gold diggers pass and has beautiful views of private nature reserve (MACNR). The Spekboom River is a twenty-minute brisk walk from the Guest House. The first thing you’ll notice about the guesthouse is it’s spacious open plan kitchen, dining room through to the living room. There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom have a double bed and the third bedroom two single beds.

The 'Ultimate Escape' - Silo Lodge

African Leaves Trout Lodge is regarded as an excellent fly-fishing location, is a part of the ‘Zuikerboschhoek Bewarea’ and is home to wildlife that frequents the mountain range. There is a natural waterfall and 2 km’s of natural river running through the forest on the property. There are two houses situated on the property - Oak House and Silo Lodge. We are pet friendly for up to 4 small to medium sized breed dogs, which must be well trained.

Trout River Falls is a charming trout fishing lodge nestled in the misty Steenkampsberg Mountains of Mpumalanga. Surrounded by lush forests, cascading waterfalls, and rolling hills, this serene retreat boasts abundant birdlife and wildflowers for total relaxation. Ginger Quill Cottage at Woolly Bugger Farm

Ginger Quill is a large family cottage, sleeping between four and six people. The cottage features two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with two single beds, as well as two extra single beds in the lounge. Ginger Quill is positioned half way up the hill, close to the dams but with a scenic view of the surrounding landscape, and is also the only cottage with a luxurious Victorian-style bathtub. This cottage is pet friendly.

Dullstroom Cottages - The Snug

The snug is a restored Boer Cottage and is the ultimate romantic hideaway for a couple. The thick stone walls enclose a cosy bedroom with double bed and open fireplac leading onto a compact kitchen and dining nook with a fridge/freezer, stove, electric frying pan and microwave oven. The adjoining bathroom has a victorian bath with shower. Baskets of kindling and flowerpots all add to the charm.
