Don't worry, though, you don't have to travel far for dining or entertainment, as restaurants and shops are just a few miles away. If you'll be traveling with your horses, the property also has horse lots with loafing sheds and horse arenas - available at an additional cost. Please inquire about pricing and availability. We would love to host you and your furry friends!

Quiet Western Country Setting

Enjoy a rural setting in the heart of cowboy country. Room to bring a horse and relax in quiet while being able to travel to many amenities surrounding Stephenville, Texas. (We're 2 miles out of town) Our new tiny home has a comfy bed, kitchen, and a place to kick off your shoes and relax. Come enjoy a fire outside, sit on the porch, or go for a ride in the area. Small dogs allowed with pre-approval. This includes a $20 pet fee. Up to 3 horses allowed with pre-approval and horse fee.

Feel at home in this 3 bedroom, two full bath home with free parking for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway and street parking as well. This home offers 1 king, 1 queen, 3 Twins, and a sofa to accommodate 8 guests comfortably. It has central heat and air, and a full size washer and dryer and everything to throw in a load of laundry. The kitchen is stocked with a Keurig, coffee pot, and essential kitchen tools and appliances. Pets allowed w/fee. Must message for required pre approval.

Enjoy your stay in Stephenville at our peaceful and stylish studio apartment. Located on our property, you'll have access to our private backyard and all of its amenities including a workout space, koi pond, fireplace and grill. This newly built space (April 2023) is furnished with brand new appliances, a full kitchen, refurbished wood floors and high ceilings.
