This self-contained apartment is located in the lowest level of our nearly 100yr old home. We are located 4 min from FUS. You will have an exterior access door that faces our garage and parking in our driveway. Although there is one bedroom and one bathroom in the unit, there is room for an air mattress (on request) or pack-n-play (available in apt) to be set up, either in the bedroom or the living room. The kitchen has some cooking and dining equipment in it to make meal prepping possible.

This 2 bedroom first floor duplex home sits on a friendly residential street in Steubenville and is equipped with everything you need for your stay. One comfortable queen bed and one full size bed with comfy pillows and hotel style linens, a coffee bar, and 3 smart TV’s and wi-fi. Close to everything in the Steubenville-Weirton area, including Franciscan University of Steubenville, hospitals in Steubenville and Weirton and The Pavilion at Star Lake amphitheater. You’ll feel right at home!

This home was vacant for +40 years before my brother and I bought it to restore for the community, it’s a work in progress!
