It is outfitted with all of the basic comforts of home to make it an enjoyable place to reside for your trip to the area. Since it is a studio style living space, the beds and the kitchen/dining area all occupy the same general area. The bathroom is separate and private. All basic cookware and utensils are provided along with a coffee maker *Note: we do not provide the coffee. Locally roasted coffee in town

Jim and I built our home here in 1984 and raised our girls here, where I grew up. Our Guest House is newly made to look old, and is 750 sq.ft. in size, overlooking a large meadow with several ponds. Dell's Cottage sits fairly close behind the original 1890's farmhouse on 3 acres. It is just a few short miles from the small quaint town of Chewelah, 45 min north of Spokane and about 20 miles south of Colville. Just a few miles up Sand Canyon is the beautiful Chewelah Golf Course and Rusty Putter Grille and small airport. The cottage is also approximately 25 minutes from 49 Degrees North Ski Resort.
