Get cozy and settle into this rustic hideaway, located on the edge of the scenic downs link with miles of stunning walks, bike rides and positioned on the outskirts of the beautiful and historic village of Slinfold, only 20 min from Gatwick Airport. Plenty of amenities close by with lovely village pub, village shop and church all within a few minutes walk. NOTE Cosy Christmas cabin available from the 1st December, decorated for the festive period. We can take booking beyond 3 months on request.

2 Shepherd's huts - ideal for families

Twin Shepherd's Huts with lovely views & sunsets across the valley - perfect for families wanting a glamping experience. The main hut has en-suite shower room with flushing loo, kitchen, table and king size bed and wood-burning stove. The family hut has a bench seating area that converts to king size bed & 2 single bunks. Outside there is loo shed with flushing loo & wash hand basin. Both huts are fully insulated, heated - lovely all year round. Guests need to bring their own sheets and towels

Quintessential South Downs Cottage

Hike up 20 minute to the South Downs Way and you are on top of the World! Sitting right at the foot of the South Downs with all its many walking trails, this cosy cottage is simple, but spacious with stunning views surrounding this tranquil West Sussex village. Easy access to Goodwood is an added bonus for those motor or horse racing fans. An array of pubs can be found within easy reach, alternatively have a night in and play boardgames by our wood burning stove. Dogs are absolutely welcome!

Overlooking the water and built around 1850 our semi-detached cottage has stunning views of Emsworth harbour. It has plenty of character with a fresh minimalistic decor and good quality beds and bedding. It's a five minute walk into the heart of Emsworth where you will find an abundance of restaurants pubs and coffee shops, butchers/fishmonger and greengrocers. There is a coastal footpath on the doorstep, the Southdowns, West Wittering beach, Chichester and Portsmouth a short drive away.

Caravan is large measuring 38ft x 12 ft giving 42m² of living space We're here to make your stay as welcoming and comfortable as possible for your family beach holiday. Little Cowdray Glamping Log Cabin is a self contained mini home, with a comfy King size bed, 2 Single Bunk beds, cooker, oven, microwave, bathroom with shower, log burner, and central heating. It has all the necessary accessories and utensils you will need for your stay. The Cabin has it's own Garden area, hot tub, and includes parking and outdoor seating. There is a Gas BBQ should you wish to dine outside or star gaze.
