The airy interior features a floating staircase, walk-in rain showers, and underfloor heating. Prepare yourself a delicious meal in a fully equipped kitchen. Interesting two-floor interior consists of a living room, kitchen and a dining room combined, two bedrooms with own bathrooms, and a wide terrace with a sea view. The apartment is very spacious and can comfortably host five adults. Each bedroom has a double bed, closet and a working desk with a wireless charging lamp. Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. Spacious terrace is perfect for relaxation on four loungers, for having early breakfast or a romantic dinner while enjoying the sea view, and the scent of the sea, pine and cypress trees. Located on Lapad peninsula, in a quiet part of Dubrovnik, dining recommendations include a fish restaurant, also called Orsan, in front of the apartment. The apartment is approximately 200 m away from the bus stop from which the bus number 6 will take you to the Old Town. There is a public parking space in front of the apartment, which is partly free of charge. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, cafes and bars. Local market is very close where you can find delicious groceries for your meal.

Lantana: lovely terrace, free parking

Lantana is a lovely apartment with a garden view terrace located in the perfect area called Lapad-BabinKuk. It is a great choice for all who enjoy the sun and the sea, like to be close to the tourist center but far enough to avoid the crowds and to keep their peace and privacy. The apartment is comfortable and fully equipped situated in a quiet, convenient and easily assessable location close to all amenities. Beaches, restaurants, shops and a bus stop are within 5 minutes walking distance.

apartman od 120m2 u novoj modernoj zgradi izrađenoj 2022 godine,za 5 osoba od čega je 50m2 privatnog vrta kojemu pripada privatna masažna kada sa nevjerojatnim pogledom na more otoke i zalaske sunca.podzemna garaža free. udaljenost do starog grada je 2.5km! vlastitim autom ili taxi-uberom(6-7 € za 4-5 osoba)5-6 min trajanje vožnje. bus stanica je udaljena 4min pješice,2.5€ po osobi bus , vožnja 8 min. u blizini apartmana imate supermarket, restorane,trgovine,barove brodska luka 7 min pješice

Mediterranean Vista (terrace)

Novouređeni, renoviran i šarmantan stan za 2 osobe sa privatnim ulazom i terasom sa pogledom na more i obližnje otoke. Tonovi maslinasto zelene pružaju jedinstven osjećaj mira dok uživate u odmoru. Nekoliko stabala kivija čini odličan hlad dok ispijate kavu na prostranoj terasi sa pogledom na more. Smještaj je udaljen otprilike 20 minuta lagane šetnje od Staroga Grada (pri povratku preporuka uzeti javni prijevoz ili taxi). Apartman nema parkirno mjesto te nije moguće parkirati u ulici.

Bus stop at less than 200m. Supermarket just accross the street. Small open green market at 200m. Many popular restaurants and cafes near by.

Note that the Magistrala freeway is passing next to our house so arrival is easy and parking provided!

This lovely one bedroom apartment has everything you need. It is close to many wonderful beaches and a newly opened cinema, grocery shop. Bakery and pizzeria are right across the street, in the Dvori Lapad complex. The apartment is separated from the main house on 1st floor. There is a kitchen, dining room, bathroom, double bedroom, and a terrace. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, TV and wireless internet.
