Located in the heart of Rathmines and only 10-30 minutes walk to Dublin's many inner city attractions. Located to the front of the house, the kitchen/sitting room overlooks the rear garden. There is a great bus service at the end of Grove Park to the city centre.

I double bedroom (king size bed), 1 double bedroom (small double bed - suit 2 small kids or 1 older child/adult) Small room with single/trundle bed so can sleep 2. Open kitchen/ sitting room with access to the garden where there is a hot tub. There is a small exercise room with weight bench, rowing machine and exercise bike.
