A nice architect designed house where you can have breakfast at sunrise and end the evening on your private big dock right by the water at sunset. Many different places at the location to enjoy that inspire you to swim, relax and cook and eat outdoors. Wood-fired sauna for up to 8 people. Lägenhet byggd 2023 i en egen del av villan! Tar emot 2 vuxna, och ett barn. Stort badrum på 10 kvm, med bastu, badkar, dusch, wc och handfat. Rum på ca 20 kvm med en dubbelsäng. Alla lakan och handdukar ingår i priset. En soffgrupp och pentry finns med. Du får en kod till dörren av värden ankomstdagen. Ni kan checka in hur sent ni vill. Även laddbox till elbil finns mot en kostnad per kilowattimme. Den mesta belysningen är dimbar. En uteplats på en veranda under tak är tillgänglig.

Husen ligger på en stor trädgårds- och naturtomt med en egen brygga, bastu och privat strand på skärgårdens pärla Djurö, cirka 50 minuters bilfärd från Stockholm.

Welcome to our modern tiny cabin in Tungelsta – just 30 minutes from Stockholm. Here, you'll stay next to the forest, with easy access to the Sörmlandsleden trail and beautiful hiking paths. Enjoy a wood-fired sauna or a warm soak in the hot tub – both available all year round. During summer (May–Sept), you’ll also have access to a heated pool, kept at around 30°C. It is all private and not shared with others. A cozy holiday retreat for couples, small families or friends – in any season.

Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.

Perfekt hus (15m2) på sjötomt för dig som jobbar, studerar i Stockholm city eller norr om stan, älskar natur, lugn och skärgårdsliv. Huset ligger på den bilfria ön Tranholmen i Danderyd, en ö med bro nu (from 1 november-15 april) och SL-färja (8 min) ToR tunnelbanan "Ropsten". Huset ligger nära stan, universitetet, KTH, Karolinska, Kista, Solna, Sundbyberg, Täby, Lidingö. Ön är 3 km i omkrets, har 200 hushåll, 400 invånare. Roddbåt finns att låna för att ro övers sundet

Havs- och skogsäventyr - granne med naturreservat

Hitta lugnet och möt äventyret i detta nybyggda trähus ca 1,5 timmar från Stockholm City. Huset andas kärlek till naturen och ligger på en lugn ö i Stockholms skärgård som mestadels består av naturreservat. Här finns inga bilar eller oljud utan bara vilda bär och vilda djur. Nära till havet, den egna bryggan (se bild) ligger ca 100 meter från huset. Tillgång till vedugn, vedeldad bastu, 2 Havskajaker (K1) och 4st Cyklar (Allt ingår i hyran).

On our premises, we have a genuine village bakery house from the 18th century. Modern standard in a country style atmosphere, with a bathroom, kitchen and sleeping loft for two. Private entrance and a veranda for evening dinners. This is a great base to explore the area either by foot, locally, or by car across the Archipelago. Stockholm by ferry was so easy. Dunderbacken

”Dunderbacken” is a newly built house with good social spaces, modern kitchen, shower, toilet, washing machine and fast unlimited WiFi. Nearby there are nice rock baths in the sea and the area is surrounde with smal islands with birds and seals. Kayaks are for rent if you want to visit the islands. Our yard has direct connection to a larger nature reserve with untouched nature and swimming lakes as well as sea/harbour nearby.
