Welcome to this cozy white house that's said to be built in the 17th century. Perfect for a mini-getaway or in connection to a flight from Arlanda (only 11 minutes with car!). Have a warm bath in the hot tub under the open skies – maybe with a glass of sparkling wine (included). The small cottage is located on the backside of our main house, surrounded by white red houses with white trim. The standard is simple but charming. It's close to fields and walking lanes through the forests.

Stuga med underbar utsikt i direkt anslutning till vacker natur. Fräsch interiör och stora terrasser med grill. Soffa bäddbar till 140 cm säng och en säng 90 cm. Kyl, frys, kokplattor och mikrovågsugn. Modern mulltoalett och dusch i separat byggnad reserverad för gästen. 150 meter till strandlinjen med bryggor och 3 km till Wiks slott med stor barnvänlig badplats. Fina stigar och möjlighet till fiske, roddbåt, kanot. Ytterligare ett hus för 2-5 personer finns på tomten för uthyrning.

Your “tree-house” is a modern open plan new architecturally designed studio built on a stunning 2,000 square meter very private section which runs down to a fresh water private beach. The property enjoys all day sun and ends with a wonderful sunset on the beach. You have a private beach for an early morning swim as well as the last thing for the evening. Not more than 500 meters from the house you have access to Baltic sea with a board walk on the ocean and two beaches for swimming.

The house is a completely renovated croft from the 17th century with much preserved charm combined with all modern comforts. The house is surrounded by an open landscape with meadows and fields with cows. The forest is just around the corner. You can take an evening dip in one of the three bathing lakes that you go to in less than ten minutes. Child-friendly with trampoline, slide, travel cot and high chair. Large TV, fast internet and wallbox for electric cars.

The cottage is beautifully situated close to the sea. Very basic standard. No running water nor electricity. Water is brought from Sävö farm where you can also charge your mobile. There is kitchenware such as cutlery, cups and plates and gas cooker. Bring your own sheets - there are mattresses, blankets and pillows. Sleeping bags are not allowed.
