Midsommarkransen apartment

Charming 20th century apartment in the south part of Stockholm with one of the towns most coziest inner yards where you can enjoy a lovely breakfast. With just a few minutes walk you'll reach the subway that will take you to the city center in five minutes. Midsommarkransen gives you the great mix of old charm, trendy restaurants and high end bakeries and boutiques. A peaceful area with several parks and the water just around the corner. The sofa can be turned into a bed, for two small kids.

(See below for info in English) Egendesignad villa på ön Storholmen i Stockholms skärgård, 25 min resa med SL-båt från Ropsten eller 5 min från Mor Annas Brygga, Lidingö. Tre hus ingår, varav ett stort (60 kvm bottenyta, tre plan) med kök och porslin för 12 personer. Vardagsrum med kamin och "bio" (projektor och högtalare) Fyra sovrum med sju vanliga sängar (2+2+1+1+1). Huset har dock totalt 11 bäddar varav två utdragssoffor. Fyra toaletter, tre duschar, tvätt- och diskmaskin, WiFi.

Two bedrooms, both beds with Tempur madrasses, high up in the house (hiss finns). 2 minutes to supermarket and everything else you need. 5 minutes walk to the water, with outdoor gym and outdoor swimming pool. Directly connected to the subway.

Utgå från vårt hus med mycket yta och utforska alla Stockholms sevärdheter. På 15 minter är ni i city med bil eller så når ni kungliga slottet Drottningholm på 10 minuter. Ni tar er till Sigtuna(& Arlanda) på 30 minuter. Åker ni kollektivt så finns det en busshållsplats 100 meter från huset. Varför inte hyra cyklar? Stockholm har fantastiska cykelbanor. Det finns lekplats och tennisbana i det lugna området. Parkering är inkluderat och mot avgift så kan ni också ladda elbilen.

Spacious and stylish two-bedroom apartment near Telefonplan and Örnsberg subway stations. The living room has a large sofa and TV, while the bedroom features a comfortable 180 cm bed. You’ll find carefully selected brands and details throughout my home. The area offers great restaurants & second-hand shops. It’s also close to water and nature, perfect for walks, swimming, and running. This is my home, which I rent out when I’m away, so I appreciate guests who treat it with care.

A perfect house if you want to enjoy nature and tranquility but with center of Stockholm very close. The house is spacious and given the many bedrooms it can accommodate both one and two families. The outdoor area will allow you to enjoy nice summer days where you can go swimming in the lake/jacuzzi or just hang out in the garden. A lovely enclosed porch built in 2025. Only a minute walk to the bus stop and a small centre close by with two grocery stores.

The house offers 3 bedrooms accommodating 7-9 people. Upon your arrival, the beds will be made, and the house professionally cleaned. Stockholm city center is 15 minutes by car or 30 minutes by bus and train.
