This cozy apartment features modern amenities and a welcoming atmosphere creating an inviting space for both short and long stays. The studio includes a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge/freezer, combined microwave/oven and dishwasher, making meal prep easy and convenient. The fully tiled bathroom has underfloor heating, providing comfort during colder months.

In January 2023, we opened Magnolia House Sollentuna, an apartment hotel between Sollentuna C and Kista C, in the area just north of Stockholm City. 40 studios in total in a house with shared patio and parking in a quiet residential area. We are located approx. 1.5 km from Sollentuna C. The bus takes you there in 8 minutes. There is a shared lounge and laundry room. We apply self check-in, prepayment and are pet and smoke free. House rules must be respected for everyone's well-being.

The hostel is perfect for anyone who wants to experience Stockholm’s city life being in the middle of where everything happens.
