This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

This is the last month we rent out our place. We are moving out. It’s still cosy as ever! One of the nicest parts of Stockholm. Around the corner you can find old wooden houses, coffeehouse and restaurants and the lovely park on the “White hill”. A short stroll to a magnificent view over the city. New modern kitchen from Ballingslöv with everything you need to cook for one or more people. The apartment has an open floor plan.

Välkomna till vår stuga med ett unikt läge på sjötomt i mysiga Gladö Kvarn. Vi är omgivna av stora naturreservat, men endast 10 min med bil, 20 min med buss till Huddinge C. Stor terass med sjöutsikt. Egen sittplats vid sjön. Huset har vardagsrum, kök, sovloft, dusch, tvättmaskin. Handukar och lakan finns och ingår i priset. 500 m till buss som går till Huddinge C och pendeltåg in till Stockholm C, 15 min.
