Welcome to our newly built tiny house! This house is perfect for a family with two kids or if traveling with friends. You sleep in a separated bedroom area (80+80cm bed) and loft (80+80cm bed). There is a well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower/toilet and washing machine. You have access to free internet and built in speakers. It has great communications to City Center. Close to subway Fruängen and a bus stop just outside the garden. Only 15 min from Stockholmsmässan/Stockholm fair.

Välkommen till vårt lilla hus på 30 kvm – perfekt för ett par eller en liten familj. Ni sover tillsammans på loftet (160x200 cm säng). Gästhuset ligger alldeles intill vårt eget bostadshus. Vi värnar om våra gästers integritet och gör vårt bästa för att ni ska känna er ostörda under vistelsen. A very small studio with own entrance on the bottom floor of our house in a quiet area, close to Stockholm city (15 min by subway.) Equipped kitchen The studio is in the basement. My family with childen live in the house, so you might hear us moving around. A 10 min walk to the subway stations Svedmyra, green line19. Close by, walking distance, a big and a smaller supermarket, parks, restaurants and walking areas. Own entrance with code lock. No pets. Welcome.

Det finns tillgång till ett komplett kök, soffgrupp och badrum med tvättmaskin. Utanför finns en liten altan i sydväst läge. Huset ligger i ett lungt och fint villaområde i Örby södra Stocholm. Bra komunikationet med buss, tunnelbarna och pendeltåg. Närhet till matbutik 6 min eller köpcenter 10-12 min promenad.

En välutrustad lägenhet i bottenvåningen på en villa, egen ingång och uteplats. Gratis parkering. Nära till tunnelbana och buss, 10 min till mysigt lokalt centrum, 10 min tunnelbana till centrala Stockholm. Kök med diskmaskin. I sovrummet dubbelsäng och en bäddsoffa som bäddas ut till 1.20-säng. Väldigt lugnt område, nära till både bad, affär, mysiga caféer. 15 min promenad till fin badbrygga. Barn är välkomna att använda studsmatta.

The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.

Stylish & quiet apartment. No cleaning fees!

This is a terrific apartment located in a very quiet building and area. There are great grocery stores as well as a few, simpler restaurants within walking distance. When you want to enjoy all that Stockholm has to offer, the metro is within a 10-15 minute walk and the train will take you to the city center in 15 minutes. Easy and flexible check-ins and check-outs. No cleaning fees or additionals.

Välkommen till ett fristående minihus beläget i Älvsjö. Härifrån har du gångavstånd till Älvsjömässan samt till bussar och pendeltåg som tar dig in till Stockholm city på tio minuter. Huset är inrett med en 120 cm säng. Köksdel med spis, micro och kylskåp. Grundläggande köksutrustning/porslin. Wc/dusch. Det finns tillgång till tvättmaskin under längre vistelser, enligt överenskommelse.
