Quiet and beautiful above garage apartment. Our home is on a beautiful Phelps Grove Park with tennis courts, bike and walking paths, playground equipment, gardens, and The Springfield Art Museum. It is also near colleges, shopping, restaurants, and night life. Private entry, driveway parking, and access to laundry with stays of 3 or more nights. This large and comfortable 2bd 2ba home is close to everything. Lovely with hardwood floors throughout, 1750 sq. ft., 2 living areas, a large kitchen and dining room, and a spacious backyard, you will have plenty of space to relax. If you're a runner or a cyclist, this house is located right off the South Creek Greenway. Minutes from downtown, MSU, both hospitals, and Bass Pro. Very close to Bass Pro, Mercy hospital, and the colleges. 30 minuets for the best Christmas lights display in the country ( Silver Dollar City). It’s on a quite street with a big back yard for pets. Nice front porch and back yard with seating and grill for outdoor use. Full kitchen, open to living room. WiFi. Code is on box on the tv stand for your convenience. Only one tv in living room
