Herons Nest is located in Stocktons 1st neighborhood developed for people who enjoy the lake, and it is still a favorite spot. This space is ideal for a couples getaway or a small family. Fishermen will love the easy access to the boat launch.

Rustic Elegance tops this Treehouse cabin just a mile from Stockton Lake Dam and 2.5 miles to Stockton Town Center. Enjoy total privacy in this wooded scene looking out over the neighbors cattle as well deer and turkey. Sitting on Bear Creek which is spring fed and a kayak is available to explore the creek for a small fee. Fire pit and Weber grill help round out your evenings pleasures. Newly remodeled, 120 yr old farm house and cattle ranch on 125 acres of Ozark fields and forest off historic Route 66 Highway. We welcome those who can stay just one night or those who want to stay longer. Hike in our woods, view wildlife, enjoy a bonfire, or just sit on the porch and relax! We have an Activity Barn with all sorts of outdoor gear/toys. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and we are close to the historic town of Carthage where there are several great restaurants.

This cozy cottage in the woods (completed in June 2017) is perfect for a couple seeking a romantic getaway, enjoying a honeymoon, or celebrating an anniversary. (The sofa is a full convertible bed, if others plan to share the 400+ sq. ft. space.) Located in the Lake Hill (formerly Shadow Lake) Golf Course neighborhood (course is currently closed) about a mile from the NW shores of beautiful Pomme de Terre Lake, and about 6 miles south of Lucas Oil Speedway.

River Cabin/UTV/Trails/Kayaks/HotTub/OutD Shower

The James River Cabin is a luxurious secluded cabin nestled among the trees on 90 acres of river front property. It is just 10 short miles from Springfield, MO (Buc-ee’s and Bass Pro) less than an hour from Branson, MO. On-site activities are numerous and include bicycling, trail hiking, utv trail riding, kayaking, fishing, hot tubbing, and swimming in your own personal paradise. The river access is a short but fun two minute utv drive from the cabin.

If you are looking for a little peace and quiet come stay at our little Farmhouse. The Farmhouse is located on 100+acres in Polk County MO and has 1/2 mile of river frontage. You will be surrounded by hayfields and cattle with a path that leads you to the Sac River. Bring your fishing poles and enjoy all this property has to offer.
