The Studio, near Stokesley

Our self-contained studio apartment has a shower room, store room, well equipped kitchen, superking bed ( Available as 2x3ft. singles if required), a terrace & garden overlooking open countryside with uninterrupted views of the Cleveland Hills & Captain Cook's Monument. It is a 3 min drive/15min walk to the bustling town of Stokesley where there are restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops, supermarkets, take-aways, a weekly Friday market and a popular Farmers' Market on the 1st Saturday of the month.

Cosy base for exploring from or break up a journey

Well equipped studio. Plenty of space for 3 to relax after a day of sightseeing or to take a rest mid journey. Unwind in the spacious walk in shower. Enjoy a relaxing drink in the garden or the large patio ( with or without the goats!). Perhaps even a BBQ ( gas BBQ available on request). Pop over the village green to the pub. Cosy down and prepare for your next adventure watching satellite T.V. Cook a light meal or order a take away. Very peaceful location and very comfortable accommodation.

The Nook, a bright, modern and charming apartment

Centrally located in the fantastic village of Gainford which is set on the banks of the River Tees. The Nook is a beautifully appointed modern and bright two bedroom apartment, full of charm and character which overlooks the village. The apartment shares a Victorian building with its sister apartment, The Loft, and the Village shop. Opposite is the warm and friendly village pub, The Cross Keys, and 200 yards away is the village green with off road parking provided in the car park opposite.

"HAY LOFT" quiet rural location, close to Durham

The Loft is located above our garage in a large garden and field totalling 8 acres. We're at the end of a farm track in the middle of the countryside, half a mile from the nearest road meaning ZERO traffic noise. The headroom is kind of tight along the two sides but, at 6 feet tall I manage okay. Perfect for two, but can easily cope with 4 people. The Loft is accessed by external concrete steps. The accommodation is not suitable for children but we've squeezed them in on occasions.

Apartment 4, 2 Mill Wynd, Yarm

Modern 1-bedroom apartment in the heart of Yarm with private parking included. Featuring a cosy open-plan kitchen lounge with sofa and TV, a separate double bedroom, and a stylish bathroom with walk-in shower. All the rooms have fantastic skylights. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Quiet yet central location, just moments from Yarm’s restaurants, bars, shops, and beautiful riverside walks — ideal for business trips or relaxing getaways.

The Prince's Eyrie: Spacious, comfy and cosy

Set in a conservation area of Bishop Auckland, this spacious and welcoming flat is in a great location for visits to Auckland Castle, exploring the Pennines and visits to Durham. Kynren is also a short walk away. After a great day out come back to the gorgeous, light-filled rooms, cosy fireplace, comfortable sofas, speedy internet, super king size beds and spa bath. Couples, individuals, business travellers and families with kids (any age) are all very welcome.

Perched on the edge of Saltburn Beach, Pier View offers stunning views of the iconic pier and the vast North Sea horizon. This stylish coastal retreat is perfect for a relaxing getaway on the North Yorkshire coast. Accommodating up to four guests (see 'The Space' for occupancy details), it’s an ideal base for exploring the seaside charm of Saltburn. The Old Mill Rooms is the perfect place for a getaway trip, whether this be for couples, friends, families or even business trips. On site we have 6 rooms, three are private hot tub rooms and three are double en-suites. We have capabilities to sleep 2-4 in selected hot tub and non-hot tub rooms, great for families or friends. Two of our rooms are now pet-friendly. We also offer the option to book all our rooms for celebrations.
