Relax in the countryside or take a short drive to the local town/Beach. Spend some private time relaxing in our heated swimming pool, and then retire to your own comfort of the "Cosy Cottage" for that long earned rest. Herne Bay,Whitstable towns and the city of Canterbury just 15 mins by car. Local buses run frequently in both directions Enjoy.

The Lodge, Puddledock

Puddledock Lodge is a small cosy lodge,based on a small campsite near Canterbury. situated at the end of a private driveway, next to woodland, close by my own home. To the rear of the site in an old barn is our small classic vehicle restoration business that makes unusual vehicles to stay in like our horsebox lorry & waggon hut sited around the pond. The Lodge is the perfect escape with woodland walks though the wild camping area and countryside.It’s within easy reach of beaches & attractions.

Kent home with a view

Annex at the bottom of our garden with its own patio area with views of the pool and garden. Nice quiet area with fields and woodland walks nearby Keys left in door - guests can let themselves in, we are generally around if you have questions There is BBQ area and a heated pool (shared with hosts) for stays of 2 days or more. Please note pool heating is not turned on until about mid-end of May and turned off in September. 5 min to Herne Bay. 15 min to Whitstable 20 min to Canterbury

The Loft.

The Loft is situated in the tiny and beautifully peaceful village of Stodmarsh 5 miles from Canterbury which has a great country pub, The Red Lion, a stunning National Nature Reserve and ancient church all within easy walking distance. Two lovely country pubs The Rose Inn at Wickhambreaux, and The Duke William at Ickham are within a mile or so. The Loft provides a cosy rural quiet escape, with outside space to enjoy the fire bowl and beautiful sunsets. Private parking is available for guests.

Relax, with the whole family at this peaceful and spacious property that is situated in the Kent Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. With Netflix and Super King bed . Within walking distance to Bekesbourne train station, which is a main line service from London Victoria. Close to A2 on which you can reach Canterbury city centre with in 8min, London 60 min, 29 min to Eurotunnel and 27 min to Dover ferry. This is the perfect place for cycling, a family holiday or weekend getaway with friends.

A short drive to the nearby seaside towns of Whitstable and Herne Bay, historical Canterbury and the glorious beaches of East Kent, it is the perfect base to explore the area. A suitable space for families, couples and groups of friends and a great location for walkers, cyclists and sightseers.

A newly refurbished, quiet, self-contained guest house and private garden space. The house contains a kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, hobs, dining and living area. Separate bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite toilet and shower room. Excellent WiFi and TV plus DVD’s are included.
