The acreage adjoins Old Wire Conservation Area, an 800 acre Missouri Conservation area with hiking trails. The cottage is conveniently located near Branson where there are a ton of attractions.

Crowne View Lodge built summer of 2020 is located a minute from SDC. This is a dedicated vacation rental area. All the bedrooms have their own bathrooms & TV. There are 2 levels in the house. This unit is located in the Bavarian Village Resort and 1 mile from Silver Dollar City and 15 minutes from the downtown strip.
