You won’t forget this memorable experience! A 1974 River Boat has been lovingly transformed in to a whimsical all season cabin. Come for the fantasy then bask in the comfort and romance of it. Luxurious amenities include everything but the kitchen sink..literally! A perk to no running water is that I do your dishes at my place while you relax! The houseboat is tucked in to the trees and just across the road from a lakefront park. Plus...a Playshed full of seasonal outdoor equipment is included!

Togetherness and privacy --Launch your boat a stone’s throw from the cottage. Watch the little ones in the playground. Buy them ice cream at the tiki-bar. Canoe and swim in the waters of a wilderness lake. Clean your fish in our fish cleaning hut & play pickleball, bb ball & pool. Rent a pontoon boat for a moonlight ride. Drive 20 minutes to Westport to eat fish and chips, buy fudge and get fire baked pizza at the winery. Take the Little House next door as well, and the lakefront is all yours.

Our four bedroom and four season waterfront "NicklePage" cottage on Cordova Lake is an excellent choice for your family getaway. With a sandy beach lake walkout, 4 adult kayaks and 3 stand-up paddleboards, you'll get to explore this incredible lake. There are plenty of small islands to kayak around and discover, including the Upper Cordova Falls, they then has an easy hike to the majestic rolling waterfalls behind it. We are 15 min. from Bon Echo park, 20 min. from Malcolm lake which has amazing ice fishing and less than 2 min. from Marble Lake Public beach. Our beautiful cottage is situated right at the waters edge. The water is both child friendly being able to walk at the shore line or great for dive in off of the end of the dock. Enjoy sun all day & then enjoy the breathtaking sunsets from the western facing dock. All the water toys! Kayaks, tubes, stand up, paddle board, & Floats to enjoy the crystal clean water. Amenities in the area: LCBO, Home Hardware, Convince store - with some groceries available, Golf, Conservation area.

The perfect place to be together at the lake and have space for yourself. 200' of shore directly on the lake which is part of the Rideau System. 5 minutes to the beautiful town of Westport. We include 10 kayaks plus a canoe, SUP and pedal boat for our guests to explore the lake.
