Spend your days exploring town, before coming home to your oasis at the end of a quiet cul de sac. The 3 bedroom 3 bath home has plenty of space for you, your family and friends, and has a great backyard with patio, grill, outdoor sectional and dining table, perfect for summer days and nights. Our home is the ideal home base after days at the beach, on the water, or exploring Mystic.

Welcome to Farley Ave! Our 1700’s home was originally a barn to the farm house next door, hence the close proximity and lower original ceilings/beams. Both were converted to a homes in 1905 and then we restored this house in 2021 to give it the character it once had, and bring it back to life. Our home is walking distance to bars and restaurants in downtown Westerly, as well as 10 minutes from Westerly beaches and 10 minutes to Mystic CT! Equipped with bikes, beach essentials and more!

My place is good for families with kids and pets. Cottage HVAC has been upgraded to an eco friendly central AC and heat pump.

We are long-time AirBNB guests who have tried to create the home we are always looking to book -- family friendly with modern amenities. Open floor plan on the main level, new heat and air con throughout the house, three bedrooms and family bathroom on the second floor. Art supplies, toys and children's books all ready for you as well as a pack n play and booster seat. Backyard oasis with pergola, walking distance to drawbridge. Pets considered on a case by case basis.
