This newly built stone house with amazing pool was added by the owners to their existing house, situated in a large olive garden in the beautiful countryside overlooking the Messinian Sea. Blending perfectly with the traditional mani style, tastefully selected furniture and fabrics were used to decorate this special home. Amazing views to the mountains and the sea, completed by a roof top terrace for relaxing sun sets you will find plenty of space and privacy for a perfect holiday experience.

Villa Nr 1 is composed of two small houses. The first house is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house and the second house is a 1 bedroom 2 bathroom house and they both share the pool. They are 20 meters apart. Both are independent and fully equipped including kitchen with dishwasher, living room and external resting area. The villa is near Kalogria beach in the picturesque village of Stoupa. Amazing sea and olive grove views will relax and enhance your senses. Ideal for 2 families with kids.

το σπίτι είναι παλαιό πέτρινο αρχοντικό στη Καρδαμύλη που χτίστηκε το 1880 και ανακαινίστηκε το 2019. Είναι 75 τ.μ. στη καρδιά του χωριού. Σε δύο επίπεδα, στο ισόγειο στη κεντρική είσοδο του σπιτιού υπάρχει ένα μεγάλο μπάνιο, με άνετη ντουζιέρα. Στο πρώτο όροφο υπάρχουν δύο υπνοδωμάτια ένα WC και ένας ενιαίος χώρος κουζίνα, τραπεζαρία, καθιστικό που βγαίνει σε ένα μπαλκόνι με θέα τον κεντρικό δρόμο του χωριού. Δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες που έχουν άμεση θέα στη θάλασσα και δυο κρεβατοκάμαρες στη πίσω πλευρά του σπιτιού. Στο ισόγειο έχει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και ένα ακόμα μπάνιο, άνετο καθιστικό και τραπεζαρία με εκπληκτική θέα στη θάλασσα, όπως όταν βρίσκεσαι μέσα σε πλοίο.

Είναι κατάλληλο για οικογένειες ή και ζευγάρια που ζητούν ηρεμία και ξεκόυραστο ύπνο.
