Our cosy hut consists of a comfortable bedroom with an enchanted view of Assaroe Lake: enjoy it on our 3 deckings! The cabin is very close to our house but secluded from it, buried in the woods. The room provides a tranquill escape from frantic life:- there’s no television or WiFi, just a radio. Kitchen facilities are basic but functional. We provide the basis for a continental breakfast. Beaches and hiking trails are very close by. WE ACCEPT PETS ONLY AFTER CONSULTATION WITH THEIR OWNER.

Luxurious modern cottage

This modern, luxurious cottage is truly special. It is located in the Tawnawully mountains by Lough Eske. It is set on 12 acres with a river running through it and a tumbling waterfall right by the cottage. Only 15 minutes drive to Donegal town, which has some really nice restaurants and bars. There is a castle to explore in the town and a wonderful craft village with a very good cafe. Ten minutes drive to Harveys Point and twelve minutes from Lough Eske castle, both reputable 5 * hotels.

Strabane is a great base for visiting the North-West including Tyrone Donegal and Derry. From great value shopping in Foyelside to some special treats in McElhinney’s Department Store in Ballybofey and exploring history at the Ulster American Folk Park Omagh, Tower Museum and The Giant's Causeway there is a wealth of things to see and do. This cosy three bedroom house with views of the town, is within walking distance of Strabane town centre, Golf Club, local Hotel, Bars and Restaurants.

The first thing that any visitors say is ‘that’s someview’, hence we named it SomeView. Up to four guests plus a baby can relax in a beautiful scenic area. Standing 600 feet above sea level with approximately 20 Donegal mountains in view. We are set in a quiet country road with easy 10 minute access to City of Derry airport and the city centre. It’s also only a short distance to some of Walkni’s recommended short walks - Ness Park, Beechill Woodland, Muff Glen to name a few.

Quaint 150 year old cottage on the bank of the river Strule in the village of Newtownstewart with panorama view of the Sperrin Mountains. It retains the original layout and features whilst updated to modern day standards. Steps to patio with river view. Riverside walk in village. Convenient to shops, pubs, takeaways, American Folk Park and Bessie Bell Mountain. It’s 8 miles to Gortin Glens walking, cycling and horse riding trails.

Ligford Cottage is situated just 5 minutes outside the town of Strabane in County Tyrone in the peaceful countryside of the Sperrin Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Located on an elevated site it gives you outstanding views as far as Mount Errigal and across the Bluestacks mountain range in County Donegal.
