Come and enjoy a relaxing stay in a three room suite at Blackwater Farm. You will have a private entrance to a portion of the house built in the 16oos. The site has an entryway, living room with kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom all separate and private from the main house. Spend time exploring the 13 acres of the property which includes trails through woods, fields and along our own beaver pond. We're located just 10 minutes from WWD hospital /downtown and 20 minutes from Portsmouth /Durham.

Welcome to our home! We live in a charming neighborhood just next to Dover's historic district. We're walking distance to the elementary school, library, children's museum and downtown Dover. We're also right near the highway - close enough that you can easily get to UNH or elsewhere, but far enough that you won't hear it. The guest suite has a private access, and all the amenities for a short or long-term stay, including a fully functional and well stocked kitchen and full bath.

Launch your boat, enjoy a day at the beach, or how about a day in the White Mountains? Central to Alton, Wolfeboro (the Oldest Summer Resort in America), and the many activities that the lakes region affords- hiking, lake activities, summer concerts, great restaurants, golfing, and much more. This lovely 3-room suite in our home has a private entrance. Rooms include bedroom, private bathroom, and sitting room/art studio with a sofa bed. 10 minutes from University of New Hampshire, and 30 minutes from Portsmouth. Small refrigerator, coffee maker and electric kettle. Nearby hiking, pickle-ball, tennis. In winter, 1 hour to downhill ski, cross country nearby. This property is a working farm and greenhouse business, with CSA vegetable gardens. All are welcome.

Take it easy at this serene and tranquil getaway just two miles from downtown Durham. Relax with some hydrotherapy featuring a private sauna, cold plunge pool, steam shower, jacuzzi, and massage chair. Coffee station, mini-fridge and microwave . Prepare a scrumptious meal over the charcoal or gas-fired bbq or in the wood-fired pizza oven. Note: Outdoor kitchen is closed mid November to early April. This suite is attached to the main house with a seperate entrance.

Big two room studio in college town

Big 2-room studio in Durham NH. Attached but independent from the main part of the building. Above garage, balcony, safe and quiet neighborhood. One queen size bed, one twin size bed, a futon can be converted to a full size bed, desk, and bedroom furniture. No formal kitchen but there is a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, plates/cups and utensils. Updated pictures are not ready until Aug 2. Extra charge for more than 3 guests.
