A warm welcome awaits

Our charming bedroom has a queen bed, sofa, bistro table and chairs and is close to beach access at Southey Point as in our cover pic.The bathroom has a newly installed shower, washbasin and composting toilet. There is a closet and an outside deck space. Although the space doesn’t have a kitchen, there is a fridge, kettle, coffee maker and toaster for the convenience of our guests and continental breakfast items are provided. We look forward to welcoming guests to this idyllic part of the world.

From the comfort of your bed stream Netflix on the 43" Smart TV. In the morning a gourmet breakfast is brought to your door, complemented with barista espresso drinks. A beautifully remodeled flat in light filled walkout basement with 1 bed /1 bath flat that sleeps 4, w/island kitchen, luxury queen bed, electric fireplace, full sleeper sofa, coffee bar, game/card table & corner desk. French doors with key less access lead to a relaxing covered patio, outdoor bar, grill and sitting area. Private covered parking. There are full time tenants above the flat. They are very considerate and know to limit noise, especially during quiet hours of 10pm - 10am.
