You’ll love my place because of the sea view, its tranquility, the garden, and its central location close to Cape Town Airport and the Winelands. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. My place is very good for couples as well as solo adventurers and - if you don’t mind sharing one open space with everyone - even for small families (with kids).

Please note noise disturbance to our neighbours is not permitted within the rules of the building.

We are very centrally located - 20 minutes from Cape Town International Airport and close to Cape Town (Table Mountain), Stellenbosch, Franschhoek and Hermanus. The apartment (Die Strand Woonstel) is attached to our house, but operates completely independent with 2 private entrances and a private outside area with braai facilities.

Beautiful new cottage, with it's own deck and garden and stylishly furnished to meet your every need. And now with solar installed (April 2023) we have NO LOAD-SHEDDING! We've replaced the oven and hob with a fully gas stove so all appliances can be used during load shedding!
