Pinetree Lodge is a romantic, luxury Cotswold getaway, nestled in its own small, enclosed wood on our active working sheep & arable farm. A peaceful place where you can unwind and reset. Great outside living provides a bbq/fire pit with accessories on request to roast or do one-pot meals and a gas BBQ too. An efficient wood burner provides ample warmth on colder evenings and during the winter months. The Kitchen is basic, a little gas stove gives for a nice cuppa and a breakfast fry up indoors.

Dogs are welcome and can run free in the gardens and fields.

Outside, the property is surrounded by fields.

It has been converted into comfortable accommodation sleeping 4 in two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Every attempt has been made to preserve the original components of the water tower . Farthings Cottage is a recently refurbished warm and cosy little hideaway nestled amongst woodland and fields; close to our house but private. We live in the southern part of Warwickshire and whilst easy access to Stratford-on-Avon, Warwick and the Cotswolds, we are tucked away in our 26 acres of equestrian tranquility. We have one friendly golden, a cat, five horses and two teenagers. We would say that a car is an absolute necessity as there is a drive away from all amenities.

The Showman is a newly renovated 1950’s camper set on an arable farm in beautiful countryside with amazing views and walks. Relax and unwind in the wood burning hot tub, after a day enjoying the local area and countryside. The camper has been thoughtfully furnished with a well equipped kitchen, a large bathroom, king sized bed, sofa and TV. We love it and we know you will too!
