You'll have access to kayaks (along with the associated safety gear) and a large backyard which includes a firepit and screened in gazebo. You'll be close to the city and also only 10 minutes from Kinlock Beach or 25 minutes from Blooming Point or Dalvay. We are 1 hour from the Confederation Bridge and 40 minutes from the Ferry Terminal.

You are a pleasant 12 minute walk to Downtown Charlottetown, the waterfront “Boardwalk” and Victoria Park with its expansive view along the Ocean. Victoria Park is home to the Lieutenant Governor's residence, open daily to the public with free admission. It is a wonderful area to host a picnic, take in a swim in the large, free, outdoor pool or enjoy the large well-designed children’s playground.

Make this space your home base as you travel from east to west on PEI. Ten minutes to Charlottetown, five into Cornwall, about 30 minutes to Summerside and 30 minutes to Cavendish. It is near numerous services, including restaurants, etc - Your Happy Place. Note: The check-in time is 4:00 PM in the summer.
