This farm is 35 mins from Adelaide and only 10 mins drive to shops or local eateries. We invite you to experience life on a working farm.

The local resident Kangaroos will likely hop past to say hello too!

Luxuriously appointed, it is the perfect space for couples to relax between exploring all the Adelaide Hills and surrounds has to offer.

‘The Shouse’ - our house in a shed!

A place to lay your head and relax after a day of exploring the Fleurieu. Enjoy the spacious farmland vistas, a stones throw from the centre of strathalbyn. There is one large bedroom with a double bed, and then a second sleeping area in the mezzanine (not an enclosed bedroom) with a single bed and a sofa bed available. The ceiling is very low up in the mezzanine also, so most suitable for kids over 5. We are also happy to provide sheets for the couch which is also comfy. :)

Little Rolling Home

Escape to nature's embrace at our Little Rolling Home, nestled on a stunning 12-acre block surrounded by ancient gums, a seasonal creek, and grazing sheep and cattle. Enjoy our little wood heater inside to keep you warm or sit around a fire outside. ( within fire ban season, please note fire ban runs from November 1st 2025- April 30th 2026 ) We have the beautiful Strathalbyn golf course 2 minutes drive, feel free to borrow the golf clubs and have a hit of golf.

Rollingsview.... a country escape

Rollingsview is a family run hobby farm set on 28 acres. Located 45 mins from Adelaide CBD and 10 mins from Mt Barker. Free breakfast is provided because we believe bnb stands for bed and breakfast! Come and enjoy waking up to the sounds of the kookaburra and other native birds, and take in the red gummed views of Highland Valley. We have many animals for you to meet, as well as invigorating local walks and scenic country drives to vineyards and local surrounds.

We would love to welcome you to our picturesque cottage, surrounded by vineyards, in the Langhorne Creek wine region, situated 3km from the town centre. Charming, recently renovated cottage, with three bedrooms and spacious living area. Newly renovated bathroom with laundry facilities, and kitchen with all important Nespresso machine. Enjoy a relaxed lunch on the verandah, with views of the surrounding vineyards, or head to lunch at a nearby winery.

Carlisle Alpacas is situated on an 80 acres farm in the Adelaide Hills abundant in bird and native wildlife. There are two BnB the Veranda Retreat and the new Cottage Escape with rural views with easy access to cellar doors and restaurants. The Veranda Retreat is isolated from the main residents and is self contained free space filled with fresh county air, great walks along the creek down to the Dawesley ruins while meeting the friendly alpacas.
