Comfy outdoor seating has a great vantage to ocean goings on like eagles, geese, boats and float planes. We provide all you'll need for your stay to be comfortable. Near to Elk Falls, the Campbell River, Ripple Rock hikes and 40 min from Mt. Washington.

Park beside your gate to a fully private, 1 bedroom 450 sq/ft guest house with bike storage and large private patio. Two blocks from the main street. Two minute ride to the trailhead. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, large bath/shower, and a modern gas fireplace that's perfect for warming up after a day on the trails, seashore or Mt. Washington. A/C in summer, two 50" smart tv's (living room/bedroom). Best suited for 2 adults, but there's a pullout couch so families with 2 kids will work in a pinch.

Located on our 5 acre free range egg farm in Merville, BC. The pond is home to a family of beavers, bald eagles, blue heron and various birds. Private walking trail off the cottage and access to the One Spot Trail at the end of our private drive. We are 20 mins from downtown Courtenay and 10 mins to the Mount Washington turn off.
