This is a countryside location and requires a car to travel. The nearest shop, restaurant and bus service is 2 miles away in Strathpeffer. Please remember that this is a flat that was originally a granny flat and there is some noise from the property above, please understand this if you book. Please do not book if this bothers you.

The Victorian cottage, with its own private garden, has been tastefully renovated with all modern amenities to ensure that guests enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay. A traditional Highland cottage in beautiful natural surroundings. Spacious and bright, features include a huge 17th century fireplace, set alongside modern comforts such as a wood burning stove, open plan kitchen, shower room and king bedroom. Private garden and parking. A fantastic base to discover beautiful Highland walks and landmarks. Fans of Traitors and Outlander are in for a treat! Strathpeffer village with restaurants and shop (1 mile), Inverness (18 miles), North Coast 500 (2 miles).

The Factor’s Office, Nutwood House

The Factor's Office is a luxury boutique room, with separate entrance, garden space and ensuite, situated as part of the historic Nutwood House. Formally part of the Earl of Cromartie estate with magnificent views of the valley and less than 5 minutes walk to Strathpeffer village and amenities. Situated in a beautiful peaceful location, a great base to explore the Highlands. There are many activities to enjoy, forest walks, mountain biking, fishing etc. Can also be booked with The Lodge.

With the elevated, balcony's fresh air, birdsong and picturesque views- expect to be captivated, but do please allow yourselves time to enjoy- 2 nights doesn't do it justice!
