The house is built in 2019 with decent size 4 bedrooms. Good price for small to big family stay. The house and Bedrooms are fully funished with ceiling fans and ducted A/C. Long term stay is available. NOT SUITABLE FOR PARTIES. Airbnb strictly bans all parties and I don't accept any kind of parties. Rivervilla is a self contained 2 bedroom unit attached to the main dwelling but completely autonomous. It is located on the pine river just north of Brisbane , minutes to the airport, the entertainment center, shopping precincts like DFO, North lakes and Chermside. Across the road on the banks of the river you can stroll down to the Rocks Cafe 220m for a coffee to the pontoon for views up and down the river, and out to the bay. This private apartment like space has just been totally renovated and has a private entry with direct access to the pool and plenty of balcony space overlooking the marinas of Manly. Any closer to the waterfront and you'd be swimming. It's fully fitted out for a longer term stay if required. The Manly Village centre is very close but far enough away to be out of earshot. Walking to the centre is via the harbour wall, a peaceful stroll with yachts and power boats less than 50 metres away.
