Neet Retreat - exec one bed pad with outdoor space

Most definitely a grown up's place to kick back and relax, listen to the birds tweeting (not on social media, although wifi is available). A four poster for the romantics, and sun loungers on your private, enclosed deck in case you fall out. All the usual amenities which are too boring to mention here are available, including a dishwasher and for those that can't be bothered to cook, a microwave. Dog friendly (max 2) if your hound(s) won't escape and eat our chickens. Free eggs when available!

Hawthorn Shed

The Hawthorn Shed is nestled within the lush and well-established gardens of our family home in Bude. It is only minutes away from the beautiful North Cornish coastline with it's sandy stretches of beaches, epic cliff walks and the Bude Sea Pool. Great for surfing, swimming, and various water sports. The Hawthorn Shed is within easy access to a variety of shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. The Appledown Iyengar Yoga Studio within our garden offers private & general classes.

The Shippon. Unique luxurious South Devon getaway.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Large House - Hot Tub, Sauna, Games & Cinema Room

On the gateway to Cornwall and Devon this spacious and dog-friendly detached house is perfect for getting away with family and friends. Bar-K has recently undergone a major renovation introducing a large hot tub, sauna, ping pong table, cinema room with surround sound and PS5 and games room which includes a full-size pool table and table football. There is private parking for 6 car cars with an EV charging point and the outside space includes a huge decked area and a large secure garden.

Headland Hideaway in Bude

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space close to the town and sea! The Headland Hideaway is a self-contained studio flat with its own entrance and garden. We are tucked away in a quiet location, 500 metres from the headland and southwest coast path with abundant birdsong and the distant sound of waves. We offer a serene space with basic kitchen amenities to enjoy the outdoor life of Bude. The Headland Hideaway adjoins the main house, although it is self contained for your privacy.

Starlings- Delightful 2 bedroom farmhouse cottage

Starlings Cottage is located in the countryside with stunning panoramic views of the coastline. It is situated 8 miles from Bude where you can find supermarkets, eateries and large sandy beaches. This is newly modern cottage conversion with open plan kitchen, living area with log burner. The property has a large shared garden. Rooms comprise of 1 double, bunks beds and bathroom, bath with shower over, WC and basin. Located opposite is storage shed for surfboards, bikes etc.

Situated just a moment's walk from Summerleaze beach, this charming flat offers the perfect blend of proximity to the beach and access to town centre amenities. Step outside the door and find yourself in the heart of Bude's town center and a 3-minute walk to the stunning Cornish coastline. The flat offers 2 outside spaces, a sun trap balcony and a convenient area downstairs with space to hang wetsuits. There is a parking space available within the private courtyard.

Garden Glamping in Bude

This tiny home is ideal if you want to enjoy the beaches and central Bude (15 minutes walk to either) and return to a lovely garden location. Well behaved dogs are very welcome and there are great walks on the doorstep. On-street parking is free and your private entrance is approached by a 100m footpath. The space comprises a sleeping and seating area on one side of the garden and 3m away, the bathroom and kitchen area.

The Boathouse - Lee Bay, Devon

Located on the beach front, The Boathouse is a charming cottage housing four guests in picturesque Lee Bay, and boasting a magnificent sea view. Being next to the Southwest Coastal Path, and in close proximity to the famous Woolacombe Beach, it's a perfect destination for all. There are up to three private parking spaces on the premises, and one well behaved dog is welcomed.
