Das Gebäude, auch bekannt als das Napoleonhaus, ist ein echtes Juwel der Stadtgeschichte: Napoleon Bonaparte selbst residierte hier 5 mal. Kein Wunder dass es im Kunstreiseführer des Stadtguides verewigt ist. Wer hier wohnt, begibt sich auf eine kleine Kunstreise – ein stilvolles Abenteuer in herrschaftlichem Ambiente.

Villa-Larix ist ein Holz-Haus mit ganz besonderem Wohn-Ambiente. Das Holzhaus haben wir gebaut, um Wohn-Gesund und auf das Wesentliche begrenzt an einem erholsamen Standort leben zu können. Die meisten der Materialien kommen aus Deutschland und einige Eichenhölzer stammen sogar aus unserem eigenem Oberlausitzer Wald. Ihr könnt den Sonnenuntergang direkt am See bewundern und Euch richtig erholen. Bitte beachtet, dass ihr aktuell mit Baustellengeräuschen in circa. 150 m Entfernung rechnen müsst.

Wybudowany z ekologicznych materiałów i własnymi rękami dom usytuowany jest na górze Giebułtowa, skąd rozpościera się spektakularny widok na Mirsk, Świeradów-Zdrój, a w pogodne dni na Śnieżkę. Obiekt posiada dwa osobne pokoje na antresoli, łazienkę wykonaną techniką szachulcową, otwarty salon z kuchnią i zgrabną kozę do ogrzania się w chłodniejsze dni. Oferujemy saunę opalaną drewnem i strefę ogniskową (płatne dodatkowo). Do dyspozycji gości jest cisza i spokój ad libitum.

Chata u Jezera

Chata se nachází na břehu Milčanského rybníka, asi 13 min autem od České Lípy v nádherném borovicovo-březovém lese. Objevili jsme ji úplnou náhodou a byla to láska na první pohled. Prošla velkou rekonstrukcí, aby byla přesně podle našich představ a nyní, když je vše hotovo, se o ni rádi podělíme, protože chceme, aby měl každý možnost čerpat energii z tohohle krásného koutu Čech.

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.

Mieszkanie jest położone 300 m od pieszego i rowerowego przejścia granicznego. W bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie znajdują się restauracje oraz sklepy spożywcze.
