This beautiful waterfront home is in the Heart of Sturgeon Bay. Located on the North side of the Channel, it is within walking distance to the marinas and all downtown restaurants, shops and attractions. This newly updated home has everything! With four (4) bedrooms including a bunk room for the kids, this home can easily entertain your entire family with most bedrooms having its own TV/DVD. It also includes a 30 foot dock to keep your boat/pontoon and a 2nd story deck to watch the sunsets.

Take a refreshing dip in the lake, cool off in the outdoor shower, listen to the waves, soak in the sunrise from the chairs at the rocky beach, enjoy the hot tub, roast marshmallows around the fire pit, grill up your favorite picnic foods; all while taking in the 100 feet of private lakeshore.
