The house has been tastefully decorated so that it has all the modern conveniences while still having the appeal of old character. There are three very generous bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a modern kitchen and laundry, and 2 living areas. There is a lovely courtyard with BBQ and outdoor furniture for summer entertaining. There is a fully enclosed backyard for dogs, and undercover parking for 1 car and 1 more bay.

Boulters is a bright, pet-friendly (on request) 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhouse perfect for families and friends. set in the center of the vibrant city. Downstairs: open kitchen, lounge, dining, laundry, and 2nd toilet. Upstairs: two bedrooms (queen; queen + single) plus main bathroom. The loft with single bed is ideal for older kids. Extra fee if more beds used than booked. Private back yard and secure parking. Prime location — walk to cafés, Fremantle Markets, parks, and the beach.
