This inner city suburban apartment snuggled into a hillside over an urban wilderness reserve 4kms from the CBD. With 3 train lines/ 2 stations an easy walk away, bustling cafe strips a 10 minute walk and plenty of little neighbourhood coffee shops just metres down the road, this is the perfect location to explore Perth and its surrounds from. Lake Monger waters shimmer from right outside your apartment door. Enjoy a BBQ in the common outdoor area, drinking wine looking at the lake. Free parking.

Nestled in one of Perth's most sought after beachside suburbs, this cozy, little, original 3 x 1 beach cottage, comfortably sleeps 1-4 people (there is a maximum of 6 guests), has a large dog friendly yard … and is close to the best of everything in Perth! Stroll to an array of beautiful beaches, popular cafes and local shops, with the tourist enclaves of Scarborough Beach & Sorrento Quay just 5-7 mins drive away respectively! Furry family members (2 dogs) are as welcome as those less hairy!

Close to bus stops, shopping centre, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, launderette & library. Pet fee of $15 per pet per night is charged separately i.e not added to the booking amount.

The Grange
A beautiful character home with high ceilings, ornate cornices and 3 fireplaces. The house has been tastefully decorated so that it has all the modern conveniences while still having the appeal of old character. There are three very generous bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a modern kitchen and laundry, and 2 living areas. There is a lovely courtyard with BBQ and outdoor furniture for summer entertaining. There is a fully enclosed backyard for dogs, and undercover parking for 1 car and 1 more bay.

Boulters is a bright, pet-friendly (on request) 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhouse perfect for families and friends. set in the center of the vibrant city. Downstairs: open kitchen, lounge, dining, laundry, and 2nd toilet. Upstairs: two bedrooms (queen; queen + single) plus main bathroom. The loft with single bed is ideal for older kids. Extra fee if more beds used than booked. Private back yard and secure parking. Prime location — walk to cafés, Fremantle Markets, parks, and the beach.

The family room includes a dining area, lounge & big screen Netflix TV. While the apartment is under the same roof as the three front rooms that we rent, it is completely private and separated by a lockable door, ensuring your own space and comfort. The entire apartment is yours to enjoy during your stay
