În bucătărie se pot găsi toate ustensilele necesare pentru prepararea unei mese, iar se poate sta la masa din interior cât și la masuta de pe balcon pentru o priveliște de vis.Din balcon se vede tot satul ipotesti, apartamentul fiind la etaj. Locuința se afla la 5 minute de orașul suceava (centru,cetatea de scaun) ceea ce asigura o cazare linistita și eficienta.
